Shipping Policy
At Pink Pineapple Botanics, we are committed to ensuring your order is processed and delivered promptly. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Carriers and Options
We use UPS, USPS, and DHL as our preferred carriers.
• All deliveries are fulfilled on weekdays and Saturdays.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST (including express shipping) will be shipped the next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Flat Rate Shipping within the U.S.:
• Expedited services (3-day, 2-day, and Next Day) are available for domestic addresses only.
• Expedited services are not available for PO Boxes.
Military Shipping (APO/FPO Addresses)
We’re grateful for the service of military personnel and their families. As a thank-you, we offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING to all APO/FPO addresses.
• Packages will arrive at the appropriate APO/FPO processing center within 5-10 business days.
• Arrival times beyond the processing center depend on standard APO/FPO delivery schedules.
International Shipping
For international orders:
• Please contact us via our website chat or email at skinwithtiffany@gmail.com for assistance.
• Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient and not covered by Pink Pineapple Botanics.
Holiday Shipping Schedule
Please note the following shipping cut-off dates during major holidays:
Orders Placed on these dates will ship out as follows
Ordered -12 PM on Wednesday, November 23rd
Ships - Monday, November 28th
Ordered -12 PM on Friday, December 23rd
Ships -Tuesday, December 27th
Ordered - 9 AM on Friday, December 30th
Ships - Tuesday, January 3rd
